Why assess skills?

A structured 4-step process to guarantee you reliable and actionable assessments.
Submit your need
The employer submits their job description and recruitment criteria. Our advisors analyse your need and propose the appropriate test battery.
Pre-select candidates
You make an initial selection of your candidates from applications, then complete the service request form to launch the tests.
Take the tests
Selected candidates take the computerised psychotechnical tests at our premises, under the supervision of our expert assessors.
Results delivery
You receive a detailed assessment report for each tested candidate, with clear recommendations to guide your recruitment decisions.
